I played with sshd1.13 today, and found that when I type "EXIT' from shell, sshd server simply closed the connection without sending ssh client a graceful "session disconnection". This caused PuTTY a "Server unexpectedly closed network connection". Normally, PuTTY won't pop up such dialog when logging off from an OpenSSH server running on Linux.
