I installed KTS to Win 2003 Server R2 64bit Korea Edition.
KTS is configued for Korean language.
(export_code_page = 949 or 65001)
English is good, but the problem is Korean. (2byte encoding)
Korean character is displayed duplicately.
ex. Supposing 'T' is korean,
The word TATE is viewed like TTATTE.
(Korean 'T' is exported twice at each 'T')

Do you have this problem with just one character or all Korean characters are duplicated?
Are you running this in telnet or ssh mode?
And finally could you try this with another client just to confirm that this issue is not on client side.
