What is the default terminal mode for this product ? How can I set it to ASNI, VT-220, WYSE5 ..etc

It's XTERM and you can't change the terminal mode.
The server is smart enough to recognize most of the key input from all the terminal modes, and if your client handles the basic ESC sequences you should not have problems.
